  • The organizer reserves the right to change operational rules in the event that weather conditions or other factors are judged by the organizer to be disruptive to the operation.

  • In the event that a performance is cancelled due to force majeure such as weather, tickets will be refunded, but if the event is held even for one day, no refunds will be made for period tickets such as tent sites and parking tickets, regardless of whether they are used or not.
  • No refunds will be made for changes or cancellations of performers or for customers' own reasons.
